Steve:
Was it 7:30 am or 7:30 p.m.? Usually 7:30 means am and 19:30 means pm but I
am trying to make sense of the announcement to parents telling them to have
the child go right home after school which infers that the incident happened in
the PM.
Thanks.

Sharon,
I think it was 7:30 a.m. Katie Beltz sent out a bulletin considerably
after I did, and she gave the time as a.m.
At the same time, the urging that parents tell their kids to go straight
home after school may reflect the view that it could just as easily have
happened in the p.m.
Steve:
Thanks for that clarification. I wasn't sure which way she would have been
going at 7:30 a.m. but now I understand.

the Stadium YMCA and Eastern). Forced into a car? That stretch of 33rd
