Thought I'd share this article on Stokes' recent odd comments. Seems like he's
desperately trying to invoke race where it's not really appropriate. Wonder
what others think of his assessment.

Hi - I have a large picture that I want to get professionally framed by a
high-quality framer. Can anyone recommend somewhere that would do a good job
that's not too far from the Charles Village or central Baltimore area?

I think Stokes forgot which radio station was interviewing him and
showed his true colors. Regarding his assessment, if you look at
Charles Village's other City Council representatives Mary Pat Clarke
is of far greater service to the neighborhood and Belinda Conaway
was the one championing
