In the alley, between the 3100 blk Guilford and Abell, there r 3 groups
of garages.Heading North up the alley, by the end group, is a trash can
filled with yuk, water and more debri. It is gross.
I ran into an environmental worker with the CVCBD. I asked him about it.
He stated nothing could be

The problem seems to be getting worse. There's now an old chair out there in
alley, too.

I saw the chair. The trash can was near the other side. It's a
pestilence waiting to happen. What I saw was a health hazard.

I was not receiving and anything from chat or disc. Went to the archives
to see what replies there were to the trash issue.

#2 Should Jon Walters, new liaison between students and community be
contacted. Anyone know Jon's email address.

Also, are the items that are in

What's dumped in the public alley as trash is up for grabs. No one, including
the police, can stop anyone from going through anything in the public domain.
If you value something and don't want anyone else to have it, refrain from
putting it into the alley for the trashguys, and those who may
