Clint, The Early Hd 12 Bolt rears are as scarce
as frog utters. With the 67 and it's coned spring pad leading the pack.
68 to 72 are alot more common but still in HIGH Demand..

Trying to read between the lines. You have
a67 El-Camino that is in need of a rear . No not any RWD GM rear will
bolt in.
The years taht will bolt in and be the same width
are 64,65,66,67 10 bolt in 64 and 10 and 12
A G body rear will bolt in, however, it's a waste of time b/c it is a 7.5" rear and much weaker than a stock A body rear. 73-77 rears will not work either, tried that already. All 64-67 rears will bolt in, but you need to be careful since you have a 67. You cannot use the 67 springs with the other

AllChevelle rear ends will 'bolt in',
but:
Rear spring
mounting pads differed in that 1964-66 rear ends used a flat pad with a hole
drilled in the center. 1968-72 rear ends have circular spring mounting pads,
which are 3/4" higher that the early flat pad. The 68-72 rear ends
You could accommodate for the extra width of the later rear with the right rim backspacing.
