It takes a woman to cite a ballistic test on a smoothbore as anything but exculpatory and COINTELPRO, and it takes Nancy Grace to cite nothing ELSE as physical evidence. Insulting, who? Her, she's insulting. Send Nancy a blue stocking with semen stains if you did the crime, or send her a shotgun with the victim's DNA on it. Save an innocent man, do it now. In her whole blonde hissy crying for black male Tookie's eternal castration, the only physical evidence she came up with was that police did a ballistics test to base their claim that Tookie's shotgun was the murder weapon. A ballistics test will never match a smoothbore, so that evidence proves a cooked up COINTELPRO case like FBI records tell us FBI conjured up to put a number of Black Panthers in prison for many years. And all it has to prove is "a reasonable doubt"---we're done here. Black Panthers were a political gang, and Crips, which Tookie founded and led, are a criminal gang, so we find ourselves once again in the low hole in the swamp, with another no-win. But this is too easy, since the only evidence is exculpatory. No blood on the shotgun? If it was fired twice at pointblank range into a man lying on the floor, show me some blood on Tookie's shotgun to suggest that it is the same shotgun used in the killing. You might want to show me a DNA test matching the blood on Tookie Williams' shotgun to the victim, but if there was any blood on Tookie's shotgun, you would have said so. A black man with a stocking on his head and face kills a male witness to a robbery, creating a female witness to first degree murder(two shots, the second proving pre-meditated murder, if we grant the victim was lying down because a witness who did not see him lying down says so). Police bring around a man with no stocking on his face, but worthy of a death sentence for organizing the Crips, and skin color matches, the female witness says she saw Tookie. Why would a man put on a stocking cap, kill a witness to a mere robbery, in order to create a witness to a first-degree murder? Why would such a cold-blooded witness killer fail to eliminate the far more dangerous of the two witnesses? If he wore a stocking, he didn't need to worry about witnesses, did he? Either he wanted to create a witness to a black man in a stocking committing a murder, COINTELPRO style, or police acting opportunistically, perhaps with FBI coaching, COINTELPRO style, or he shot a white man to assert control and let the white woman live to feel pain and helplessness as proxy victimization of white people. If Tookie did it, there would be blood and DNA on the shotgun, and he would have killed both witnesses. Tookie founded the Crips, so he's not a moron. Nancy insults Tookie's intelligence, and that of black men and women everywhere. Send Nancy a blue stocking with semen stains if you did the crime, or send her a shotgun with the victim's DNA on it.
