the dead drops were in dupage forest preserves created and controlled by
hasterts owners jim schirott and dallas ingemunson who also controlled
the forest preserve police.
they used fairly high up mafia functionaries as cut out to place and
pick up dead drops. they prepared special maps with red dots on them so
mafiosos wouldnt get lost. Frank Panno was one prolific courier. hes
in prison now for kidnapping caucasian babies and women and selling them
as sex slaves to foreign vip's.
they formed a dummy corporation on sept 18, 1992 called NIAGARA INC
incorporated in illinois to cover all that.
i have numerous docs, phone records, notes from secreteries etc that
prove all this and i have managed to find time to scan a few of them.
intriguingly, the actual shipping was done by a falsely created
personality, terrance rich, whose real name is robert masterson and who
happens to be a dead ringer for the guy who invented the bar code
reader.
gov jim edgar spent a lot of weekends on the masterson estate- and he
still believes the bar code reader was the source of mastersons
incredible and ostentatious wealth. I forget the name of the guy
masterson impersonated. he recently died so it would be an EXCELLENT
TIME to mail a package of proof to edgars office at SIU. you can google
"bar code reader " i justremembered his first name is "jerome " {i
think} and there are lots of photos on the internet. when edgar sees
them he will go nuts. mastersons office is accross the street from
hasterts, and its NOT a coincidence.
i am not optimistic that any of this will ever get anywhere. i'm just
doing the minimum required by basic decency - whch is also a good
description of patrick fitzgerald
