All 3 are Agents and frauds.Mecca and Lamb use attorney Phillips as their "foil" to get TIs (Targetted Individuals) to confide in him as they believe he is not only another targeted person but an attorney. A QUOTE FROM A VICTIM;"Believing that he too was victimized... I had a fairly 'close' relationship with John Mecca for about 1 year... I talked to him at least once a day on the telephone when I was first getting assaulted. He actually told me a great deal about how they work as I had no idea what was going on. Really. He even showed me (by phone) how to make one of his zapper things...There were many things that he said and tried to get me to do which verifies my information...without a DOUBT. He also knew certain things that he could not possibly have known unless he got his information from an outside source that was doing surveillance. All I can say is (because I don't want to divulge the "tell tale signs of a perp" on an email which is read by the perps themselves) at first the realization that he and John Philips were perps came to me as a psychic realization from Above.... and came crashing down like a ton of bricks...I confronted him on the telephone ....and because of the dire situation I was in at the moment he really 'let down his hair' as he assumed they were going to succeed in killing me (again I am omitting many details). Debby Lamb and he were both on the telephone with me and they began threatening me and repeating curses and threats over and over and over again... believe it or not, like weird "incantations"... as if they suddenly went into some kind of trance.Honestly, That is the only way I can describe it. It was strangest and eeriest thing I have ever heard. However by that time so many strange things were happening that I was able to take this in my stride and catagorize it as yet another "out of this world, stranger than fiction, horrific,incredulous" occcurance. AND THERE HAVE BEEN MANY SINCE.I have noticed however that many of the perps that have followed me are also not quite "right". Their eyes are very glassy as if there is 'no one home' inside.... as if they are in some kind of negative daze. I recently began to realize that many of them have been 'worked on'.I do not hate them. Truly. I hate their actions... but I hold no hatred for them personally."Forgive them for they know not what they do."
