I am using Citrusdb on IIS 6. I am running it on PHP 5.2.4, and MySQL
5.0.45.
I have not had any real issues with using PHP on Windows. I use the
ISAPI dll, not the CGI version.
The key to running on Windows is to make sure that the PHP installer
uses the correct path to the dll file. This is
free to ask - we don't
list everything.

It should work, but I have not done it myself. Citrus is dependent on
the php interpreter and not the web server underneath. Microsoft has
made some commitment to making php work with windows.

I could try it on my Windows 7 partition
