Hi, We are investigating the possibilities to use CLAM to learn people how to make music. If you have a monophonic sound (like a sax) and a logger that logs the pitches and duration somehow in a file would be super. Then you could use CLAM processing powers to enter notes in a notation program.

Hi Lee, I don't think anyone has any plans to do that, although I've never heard of music21 so I'm not sure what exactly it does. music21 sounds sort of like Chordata, so you may want to take a look at that and see if it does what you want. Since I'm not sure what you want CLAM to do with
