Yes, *-SNAPSHOT versions are development snapshots, generated automatically
by Git / Hudson / Maven.
Non-SNAPSHOT releases of Clojure and clojure-contrib are available in the
Maven Central repository. SNAPSHOT releases, if they exist, are available
in the Sonatype OSS repository. See

I believe that 0.0.2 is the most current release. By cutting a
release, that bumps the working snapshot number up to 0.0.3, but
there have been no changes made since 0.0.2.
