I need a new tank for my 38 the label on the tank was still on it from the manufacturer. I called them and they still had the blueprint for it I just ordered a new one. I converted from gas to diesel so I had them install a return line as well. Here is the link to the company

Moeller Marine makes many different sized fuel tanks. I would measure the area in the boat and pick a tank model that fits and then research the web for the best price. All the marine suppliers sell them, West Marine, Defender, Go2Marine, etc.
