Has anybody created a chat bot to answer basic questions (what are the
hours, how many books can I check out) for the Library's chat reference
service? If so would you be willing to share your code? I have just
started to explore this so any direction or resources would be of help.

You might want to look at Trello (https://trello.com/), it is free and
super easy to use and would work well for tracking orders, I am just not
sure about the ability to generate reports.

Donna Tartt (it won the Pulitzer for fiction this year) and the other book

convert VHS tapes to digital files. This project would be done in house by
