I enabled almost all countries that were in 2006. I also changed the banner for 2007 but it broken the layout, so please, we need a banner with the right dimensions to use on the wiki. National Coordinators need to create CountryGroup pages and add their teams on it. We will also have an Group to all national coordinators, a few days before the event we will have a _wiki_ _freeze_. 3) Dates We need to determine a few dates: a) National Coordinators and FLISOL 2007 I think that the best way to do that is to allow each country to define its coordinator until next Sunday (February 04). Together with that we will set down the official FLISOL 2007 date. It's up to each country to determine the coordination. *PLEASE*, sent a message to the list informing the coordinator and the chosen date and also add that to the wiki. I'm finishing the texts for wiki and mail announcements to invite people, coutries and cities to take part on FLISOL2007, by tomorrow it should be up on the wiki and sent to this list. c) Cities After the date it is time to have the city coordinators, let's try to keep national discussions on the national mail lists and give the right information for each city coordinator. The important point is that *every* city must have all the necessary information in the wiki, if a city does not enter the information about _where_ the event is goint to happen, a few days *before* FLISOL a robot will try to warn everybody and some action must be taken in order to fix that. The final date to accept cities should be something like three weeks before the FLISOL date. d) Freeze Yes, we will freeze the wiki. But we will do it more dinamically and more "open" than we did last year, specially if the groups are properly configured. 4) Communication *PLEASE*, remeber that we are a team and we don't need to complain like if nothing is going to happen. My e-mail is always available if it is something private. I read the list almost everyday and you can easily found me on our official channel: #flisol @ irc.freenode.net. I'm very honoured to be recommended as the International Coordinator and I would be happy to help each coordinator to achieve the best for his/her event, so please, let me know what needs to be done and we can share the load to make the biggest FLISOL until now.
