The YamlFileNetworkTopologySnitch can't switch to the local address anymore.
With the Refactoring of the "reconnect trick" in
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-5681 "toString" is used on an
InetAddress wich creates a string of the form "/x.x.x.x" wich subsequently
can't be parsed anymore.
