Lucky or unluckily for me, she's semi pro. She's started earning money by
word of mouth by taking pics of kids in cilents homes. These of course we
don't keep but she still shoots a lot of pics here at home of our own kids.
On top of that, I can't throw them away even if they are of iffy
I have not visited Apple recently - are the
power buttons hard to find on the current models?
The power button on my iMac is on the back, the same white color as
the case. When I first got it I had to search a while for it.

The power button and its indicator light on my Dell 8300 computer are on the
front panel, easily accessible. However, the light is extremely tiny and I
often find it difficult to tell if the indicator is on or not. This has
long struck me as a design flaw - make the indicator larger or
I have an Actiontec DSL modem/router set up with 128 bit WEP. For that, I just

printer driver, but the WEP screen has four keys, the option to type in a

What three-finger command are you talking about? My XP Pro desktop at

I could manage without Windows, but why not have it there, just in case?
Especially since you can. As of yet I can't put a Mac OS on my
machine, but I'd pay for it and do it if I could. It would be a good
tool to have in the box.

Oh please do underestimate me. There are plenty of things that have
not worked that I attempted.
I am not sure how this thing works, but it is a little quirky. You
must have contact with the item being soldered in order for it to heat!
I read a review, done by MSNBC I think, in which an

My 8400 has the little green vertical poser light which flutters when there

in my eyes ...the world is imperfect!

I was at a geek gathering this weekend. One fellow told us of a poor
soul who only used WEP to secure his wireless network and someone
cracked it and used his connection to download child porn. The upshot
was that the owner of network was sentenced to 5 years per image. The
object lesson is that
WEP has been a problem since it was created really, but recently it had
gotten worse.

Yes you can set up Windows to bypass security, but is this a good idea?
