i have no interest in the politics being discussed on this list. could the
political discussion crowd agree on at least one thing. use a topic subject so
i can dump all this stuff into spam before i have to trash it and them dump it.

having clearance from the adjacent pins. Then slip it over the bent

I broke my hand a while back. I found that using a Logitech Trackman
marble track ball was of great help. I already was partial to them,
but a mouse would have been impossible to use with my hand.

There are no good solutions to your problem, and using some tool to unbend the
pins is about the best of bad solutions. The real question is why did you try
to replace the heat sink? That is a definite no-no unless you are both
desperate and very experienced. While my own experience is with
Most people I know are happy with SuperDuper. Try it. I haven't tried
Time Machine, but since my friends using Leopard still use SuperDuper,
there must be some features missing in TM. Haven't tried it yet.
