I guess we'll see when Google releases the OS. If it is a free d/l,
people may look at it, rather than buying a new version of M$ Windows.
So, if Windows 7 upgrade sales go down and Google releases rise, they
will be successful.
I am also hearing that Eric Schmidt, Google CEO, will need to leave

Why besides TextEdit? TextEdit is quite versatile and will even
handle M$'s new docx format. If you don't define your definition of
decent your question is indecent.

close for the East Coast.
Nope, most of the Atlantic states don't have the first digit as their
respective zips. Besides ZipCodes weren't implemented until well after
SS was established.

Nope, not trial version. And yes, from past experience with Apple I
was kind of surprised myself. I checked the DVDs that came with the
machine and nothing there either. I hardly ever use a text app. and
only loaded Office because a) I had it and b) I occasionally open
power point docs.
I'm not sure the question makes any sense. If the external drives
connect via USB2, then they aren't SATA drives. The internal
configuration of the drive is irrelevant since the circuitry in the
case converts it to USB2.
