I'm having problems getting an SD card to show up in Windows Explorer. My
Kodak multi-card reader has worked with other SD cards; this card was just
formatted in-camera. The card reader shows up as Removable Disk, but when I
double-click on it, it says to insert a cad, even though there's a

Thanks...tried that. Also tried disconnecting it as a network drive, but
doesn't show up in list of options.
Can you plug the camera directly into the computer to see if it works?
And don't forget to restart the computer -- often works wonders.

Sometimes a card can get screwed up and a low level formatting can
help. Sometimes such can also be caused by a reader or connecting
method/ device... change devices
Also restart your computer if you haven't in a while...

There is also a new class of SD cards ... not backwards compatible with
older SD devices. I forget what they are called...
