Where in Firefox do I set the option of asking me to save tabs, so when I open
Firefox again certain tabs automatically pop up? This option automatically
came up on my Mac, but not on the PC. tia.

Not sure if this is what you're asking for but I let the Firefox
generate the prompt by allowing the computer to shut down any open
Firefox windows instead of me shutting down them down. From there, you
can set it to always save, and it will open them the next time it
launches.
