indeed - confere...@libreoffice.org is an alias to reach the conference 
organizers and allows for attachments. conference@GLOBAL.libreoffice.org 
is a public mailing list that doesn't allow attachments.


We should rename one or the other next year to avoid confusion - 
conference-participants@ and conference-team@ or so comes to mind.
