Has anybody stumbled into this error, any fixes/workarounds?
I'm running Continuum 1.0.2 in Solaris 5.8.
bash-2.03$ ./run.sh console
Running continuum...
wrapper | ERROR: Could not write pid file ./continuum.pid: Permission denied

I hadn't used notifiers yet but I'm guessing they should be in a section
similar to this on your application.xml under /apps/continuum/conf
