Hm, I think they shoule be removed, because these paths are not used in

Wow, urpmi really does have --root, documentation (other than src) not

Maybe now I can stop using chroot.
--excludedocs (and generic pass thru to rpm) might be a nice next

Try this from a program launched from kicker icon or from the application
launcher on the panel.
artsdsp mpg123 layer3wav.wav
and you end up with a seg, this always worked with kde2. I play my sounds from
licq like this, and now they don't work unless I launch a shell to launch
licq from.
Does it work with either play or mpg321 instead of
mpg123?

I am seeing this same exact problem. I have an IDE ZIP that is

What would be even better is a stored (i.e. in a config file) value
(or values) that passes through to rpm's --excludepath feature.

I just installed Linux Mandrake 8.2 with CUPS as my
print manager. Also, I downloaded Thai fonts from my
Windows partition to use on my Mandrake and KDE. I
have
HP Laserjet 6l as my printer. When I tried printing a
Thai page with Konquerer,it printed correctly using
Windows fonts I downloaded.
Hi
I wanted to know if there are any open projects at Cooker that I could work
on. I would like to contribute to any open Mandrake projects and was
wondering where could I get a ist os these project.
Cheers
Harry
Guillaume,
How do I get these with cvs? I guess I can get them with the web
interface, but would be a LOT easier for me to check them out using
anon cvs access.

Hmm..while debugging a program on 8.2 I suddenly found out that
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/drakfont/ttf
is NOT added in /etc/X11/fs/config.
only /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/drakfont/ (not usefull) and
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/drakfont/Type1 are there.
Now I finally understand people complaining
Play won't because it's an mpeg layer 3 format. I didn't know there was an
mpg321 :) So, I'll try it now.
And the verdict is - mpg321 works. Thanks!

They are on the CDs. Thanks for reminding me, I saw them and installed
