Going back to binutils2 and libbinutils2 that came with the stock 9.0

after upgrading to newest cooker ,
i realized that the rpm problem is still there..
that means :
if nautilus is running,
when doing a rpm -e, or rpm -i, or rpm -u, or urpmi, or urpme, so
basically changing the rpm database, after the change, if nautilus is
running, the processor usage goes
