I had to install (by copying from an older installation, 9.1?) the compatibility library files in /usr/lib:
libstdc++-3-libc6.2-2-2.10.0.so libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 -> libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 -> libstdc++-3-libc6.2-2-2.10.0.so I think libstdc++-3-libc6.2-2-2.10.0 is in rpm form somwhere. libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3 is not.
