I'm running the v 3.0.8 of the standalone Courier imap server.
I ran into a problem with the ACLs, as Courier splits the imap delete
into expunge, tag deleted and, um, excise folder - which seems
quite a sensible differentiation.
Unfortunately Courier doesn't seem to advertise the d flag unless
