I'm a little confused when it comes to the use of quota.
The doc says that the quota must me installed to the maildir by using
maildirmake -q S ./Maildir.
1. What's the ending S? I couldn't find anything about it in the
man-pages.
2. In my authmysqlrc I refer to a field
