pdfopen is a program which can be used to both start a new
instance of a PDF viewer program as well as to instruct that
program to reload the PDF file.  This is particularly useful
if pdfopen is called automatically whenever tex is (re-)run.  

This version has an updated pdfopen and pdfclose that work
with Adobe Reader 5, 7, 8 and 9 as well as xpdf.

In June 2009 www.freefont.de offered a beautiful handwriting
font for free download: The Softmaker Stone Handwriting.
As handwriting fonts are a quite limited resource in the 
LaTeX world, i decided to create support files for this 
beautiful font. Therefore, Stone Handwriting will be the 
starting point for the softmaker-freefont bundle. 
Other fonts will be included in future.

Supported fonts at the moment: 
Artistic, Baskerville-Nova (regular + bold + italic
+ bold italic), Canossa (regular + bold + light), Congress
(regular + bold + italic), Delano-Caps, Flagstaff, Henderson
Iceberg (regular + bold), Jugendstil, Old Blackletter,
Stone Handwriting, Sunset (regular + bold)


License: LPPL (not the fonts themselves)

New in v1.11:

- added support for the font Softmaker Artistic
  (regular + faked slanted + faked small caps)
  Attention: The font is not included! This font is font
  of the month (May 2010) and can be downloaded for free
  (at least this month) at: http://www.freefont.de
  Later you can buy it from Softmaker

Work arounds for MSWindows registry problems and obsolete
runtime libraries were implemented. The SimpleHead arrowhead
was fixed. Additional matrix routines and casts were
implemented. The pair dir(path, path) routine now returns a
unit vector. Variable conflicts coming from the contour
module were addressed. A RadialShadeDraw filltype was
implemented. A guide bug was fixed. Redundant mismatched
version warnings are avoided. Support for fitting one 3D
picture within another was added. The documentation was updated.
