 New hook commands enable the user to insert (text) content at
 several locations in the recipe.

 An introduction command has been added, and it is now possible
 to add several suggestions after the preparation and the
 ingredients part.

 Translations for English, German, French and Spanish have also
 been added.

thanks for the upload; i've installed the new version, and updated the
catalogue repository.

users should note that there was an interval of nearly a day during
which corrupt versions of the documentation, etc., were present on the
archive -- out-of-the-ordinary functioning by the zip applications had
me confused.  all is now sorted out.
