Part 1 is an article by Seattle lawyer Erik Moebius (formerly of Austin), which describes "reserve" insurance fraud and alleges this was the motive for the Yogurt Shop murders. Part 2 contains correspondence and affidavits concerning recent developments in the case--among them allegations that police coerced confessions from the four young defendants. Part 3 is the transcript of a radio interview with Erik Moebius which provides more background on the case. Part 4 contains articles on Freeport McMoRan, a CIA-connected company represented in Austin by lawyer Roy Q. Minton, whom Moebius alleges set up the Yogurt Shop murders to generate a cash flow which could be laundered with drug money.
