It seems they were waiting for me. What happened next is very important and has serious national implications. The clerk advised me that they cannot allow me to file anything in the court, that Judge Marily Patel had rendered an order in 1988 barring me for the remainder of my life from filing anything in court and in that way voiding for me all rights and protections under the laws and Constitution of the United States. Now, this has very serious implications, that any judge can block a whistleblower from reporting federal crimes to a federal judge, as provided by Title 18 USC Section 4, and that the whistleblower suffering government retaliation by federal judges cannot defend himself. This is not hyperbole. This is real! One ramification of this is that federal judges are willing to prostitute the laws and Constitution of the United States when it suits them, such as blocking reporting of federal crimes in which they themselves are implicated. I will attach to this a copy of the lawsuit that I tried to file. It needs an attorney to file so as to get filed in court. I'm weighing my options. There is also the possibility, or proability, tht Judge Patel will charge me with criminal contempt of court and with the help of Justice Department prosecutors send me to federal prison for having sought to report federal crimes and trying to defend myself against judicially inflicted civil rights violations.
