-Caveat Lector- <A HREF="http://www.ctrl.org/"> </A> -Cui Bono?- If I remember correctly, it was before the Church Committee that some guy from the CIA (Turner maybe?) testified that there had been a plan (not carried out) to bring a submarine into Havana Harbor at night to project onto the low lying clouds a movie of "Jesus" preaching, while a plane with muffled moters circled above with a loud speaker saying "in the voice of Jesus" that the Cuban people should rise up and overthrow "goddless" Communism. Does anybody else remember that? Refresh my memory a little; it's been a while.
