But the spy, identified by the pseudonym "Abdul Majid Giaka", added on Tuesday new pieces of circumstantial evidence against the Libyan intelligence agents, Abdel Basset Ali al-Megrahi and Lamen Khalifa Fhimah, accused of the December 1988 bombing. SNIP At one bizarre point during cross-examination, as defence lawyers were trying to discredit Mr Gaika by saying he was a liar, he was suddenly asked: "How did you discover that Colonel Gaddafi is a Mason?" - one of the few times the Libyan leader's name has been used in the trial. He was reluctant to reply but, after being instructed to answer by judge Lord Ranald Sutherland, said: "I know that from a person, but I cannot divulge the identify of that person.
