I took solar cells we made to the testing labs which had to recalibrate their equipment to test our efficiencies because nobody else had them so high. We couldn't even afford the best equipment to make them with. After market used vacuum chambers and such are all we could afford. Galium Alluminum Arsenide substrates were used. The oil embargo was totally contrived by the oil cartel back in the early 1970s. A study was commissioned by uncle sam to find an alternative to oil. The top 50 scientists of the day wrote a report that was classified. It was known as the Sub Panel # 9 report. All of these 50 head bangers agreed that photovoltaics were the way to go. Within a few short years the breakthroughs could be accomplished. We got a hold of the report through the freedom of information act. (I guess it still worked sometimes back then.) We tried to talk to the scientist who signed off on it. None would talk with us and all denied that the report existed. We would confront them with signatures and the report and they would just walk away. A communist country offered us millions which we were willing to acccept. Then the feds came in right after and told us we couldn't except their money. We asked them why the US government couldn't fund us and they said thats not our job. Three tall Tenneco Executives came down from San Francisco one time to offer us enough $ for us to retire (I was in my early 20's at the time). All they said was that they wanted the US market and we could have the rest of the world. We said no. After the most exhaustive investigation the SEC ever did -- they took the longest with us than any co. previous -- the Securities and Exchange Commision gave us an effective registration date. That would allow us to sell our stock public. The VERY DAY we recieved this the Los Angeles feds. came down with a mail fraud indictment against the two top officers of the company. 90%+ of the time they were saying that the company is a fraud, and indict the co. also. They did not indict the co. They offered us a consent decree which implyed they really didn't have a case but the top officer of the co. was too proud to sign it because he was concerned about image. We might still be here today if he had. They said that our projections in our business plan were exagerated that was sent through the mail. Every co. in the land would be guilty of fraud if this were true. There was no definitive way to test the projections from a batch process to mass production. My wife died and my co. folded about this time. Gee what a beautiful life. I should have went into music and played my life away. The jury was given a very distorted picture. They convicted the two officers and they went to jail. We could not afford a lawyer that knew how to handle this case so a lawyer friend of one of the officers handled the case. The jury in their deliberations wanted to make the point that they thought it was noble fraud. They were being used and didn't know it. The government said we were living high and taking peoples money and just putting it in our pockets. Nobody had a dime afterwards. Everyone was broke except our largest stock holder who was an oil man. This old guy named Hampton Robinson from Texas wanted to do something good with his money before he died. An oil man - ironic huh? Would have made his kids fortune worthless eventually. I guess you can believe what you want. Call it all bull, I don't care a bit. I might suggest a willing suspension of disbelief and forget about it. We had it. It still exists. They don't want it out. Billions were at stake and we were all in it to bring it out and not let it get shelved, and just make $. I guess it was left over 60's consciousness that propelled us to try to make a better world and to hell with just going after a buck. Planet X Death Star-2003 Where Will You Be? --<snip>-- My Story I'll keep this part short and sweet since this worlds future is what's important. I was raised in Los Angeles in a community of some influence to the entertainment industry. The section of the San Fernando Valley called Toluca Lake was my home. Andy Griffith lived next door and Bob Hope down the street. My father's a singer, song writer and producer named Lee Hazlewood. He's worked with (among others) Frank and Nancy Sinatra (mainly Nancy). His most notable material was a #1 hit song he wrote and produced and then was performed by Nancy named "These Boots Are Made For Walking". There were several other hits with her and then one with Frank that was just "Something Stupid" (title of another #1 hit tune he produced). I had every opportunity to get into the entertainment field. The most I ever did was practice singing and write a few poems. Given the success i grew up around, I felt that I could do anything I wanted, so I naively went about trying to make this world a better place. Back in the middle 1970's, at the age of 19, I started work for a solar corporation. It had the technology to create photovoltaic solar cells with efficiencies that could undercut the cost of fossil fuels and nuclear in the creation of electricity. After a dozen years of working on an off for this company (because of financial difficulties), it became clear that we were held in our tracks by the controllers. They effectively used several different legal and financial maneuvers to stop our efforts. There still exists a way to create electricity under the price of fossil fuels and nuclear through photovoltaics. There also exists a way to cheaply convert any vehicle to run off of liquid hydride (safe hydrogen). This can be inexpensively created with this solar technology. It all works together to form a complete 24 hr. alternative to the madness and pollution of oil and nuclear power. This holding back and shelving of cleaner, safer and less expensive technology for personal interests is all in a days work for the controllers that have their vested interests in mind. Raising the standard of living and wiping out pollution around the globe was the primary goal of the company I worked for. This would have taken a vast amount of wealth and power out of the controllers pockets had our company succeeded. Now the 100's of articles about this company rest in dated publications like The Wall Street Journal, Washington post, New York Times, Las Angeles Times among dozens of others.
