-Caveat Lector- The Conspiracy Of War
The Holy Bible (KJV) uses the word “conspiracy” 27 times. With the thought of conspiracy in mind, the Bible refers to “the rich men of the world...” even as Revelation warns us of the rise of the One-World government that comes to power in the end times. Throughout man’s recorded history, war has been the tool of kings and ruling cabals to expand their kingdoms, wealth and power. In this regard, the Scriptures repeatedly refer to the governments of men as “kingdoms” and “beasts.” Conspiratorial involvement by America’s government has been clearly documented in the sinking of the Lusitania, causing America’s entry into World War I, and in our widely documented refusal to acknowledge and respond to information urgently warning of the imminent attack at Pearl Harbor — the event that forced America into World War II. “America’s New War,” which the Christian Media Network believes is the onset of World War III — the battle of Gog and Magog — began with a sneak attack on September 11 which killed twice as many Americans as the Pearl Harbor attack 60 years ago. Did our government have prior knowledge of this event? If it didn’t, what is the point of maintaining the massive American intelligence gathering networks — the many alphabet military intelligence agencies, and the many civilian intelligence agencies such as the CIA, the FBI, the NSA, etc? If these many government arms with their unlimited and undisclosed budgets could not infiltrate and learn of the American-based militant Islamic cell group’s massive plans for September 11, then shouldn’t we dismiss them? But what if they did have prior knowledge? It seems apparent that a conspiracy to enter America into a war again exists. Disturbing information continues to surface that demonstrates certain elements in government were aware of the forthcoming attack on the World Trade Center’s twin towers — yet they did nothing to stop it. Our own military is heavily armed with sophisticated radars and high technology electro-magnetic warning devices — yet a slow moving civilian airliner was able to penetrate the Pentagon — the very “head” of our military command centers. This leaves us with two choices: Either our much vaunted defenses are highly overrated and our military prowess is virtually inept in the face of a determined enemy, or something much darker is going on within the hallowed halls of multi-national political maneuvering. First and foremost, having some knowledge of the sophistication of our present level of technical achievement, the former is simply too incredible to believe. Second, considering the fact that our own government has already been implicated in a multitude of previous conspiracies involving everything from assassinations to commercial war profiteering, one cannot help but wonder why so many people assume that such evil behavior is unthinkable. The Bible plainly demonstrates in the Gog and Magog passages that there are governments that have prior knowledge of an imminent military invasion. In this priceless passage, “Sheba, and Dedan, and the merchants of Tarshish…shall say unto thee, Art thou come to take a spoil? Hast thou gathered thy company to take a prey….” (Ezekiel 38:13). These are, not coincidentally, the very passages that describe the events leading up to World War III. Although the majority of Christian ministries are reluctant to recognize the complicity of the governments of men in such horrendous chicanery, the very Bible we all claim to follow clearly teaches there are significant conspiracies in play — particularly in the last days. In Jeremiah, for example, the Word of God tells us “And the Lord said unto me, a conspiracy is found of the men of Judah, and the inhabitants of Jerusalem.” — Jeremiah 11:19 In addition to the World War III passages that speak of a conspiracy in Ezekiel 38 and 39, the prophet also tells us the religionists are implicated. Speaking against a people that have turned away from the ways of the Lord in the last days, the Lord says “Thou art the land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of Indignation. There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof; like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof. The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy; yea they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully.” — Ezekiel 22:24,25,29 Here at Christian Media, we believe it is high time that Christians come to the rude conclusion that America is not necessarily the ‘good guy’ in the final battle that is even now developing. Indeed, the Bible plainly tells us that all world government works in opposition to the great kingdom of God. In the final analysis, we will see “…the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.” — Daniel 7:27 As we look at America at the end of 2001 as it made war during the previous year, we see that it is “dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly, and it had great iron teeth [as] it devoured and broke in pieces, and stamped the residue with its feet” (Daniel 7:7). In the enormously powerful world empire of America that exists today, we do not see the characteristics of the kingdom of God. What we do see is the nexus of the final kingdom of man that is scheduled to rule utilizing raw military power, deceit, political intrigue, and conspiracy until “the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ” arrives.
