As a practicing NRA RO and therefore responsible for the Safety
of the Public and competitors during shooting, I understand that the MOD
Army have introduced new range safety rules. As it is important I know what
these are, where can I get a copy of these amendments, or if possible a
revised copy to study.
I believe that these are published in JSP-403, and in fact on a CD ROM. Not
sure what security classification is given to these publications, but think
as it concerns safety, it will probably be unclassified.
Can you or anyone on the list point me in the right direction, as its
important to be up to standard when the rules are changed!! What is it, its
called? "Continual professional developement".
