I want to package and maintain autossh for cygwin. autossh is a program
to start an instance of ssh and monitor it, restarting it as necessary
should it die or stop passing traffic.

in trying to recursively copy a directory, /bin/cp fails with memory exhaustion:
$ mkdir src
$ mkdir dest
$ cp -r src dest
cp: memory exhausted
I am using cp(fileutils) 4.1, downloaded this morning.
