NCurses + acs_map

Hi, i found problem when i compiled program with ncurses. This problem is whith acs_map. This is error-fix : on line 141 in /usr/include/ncurse/curses.h: This is patch-- 140c140 #if BROKEN_LINKER --- #if BROKEN_LINKER || defined(__CYGWIN__)
