Firstly I would like to apologise in advance if this is not the right list
and request that someone direct me to the correct list/page.
I would like some detailed information on the correct procedure to build
relocateable dlls using the cygwin tools.
I have repeatedly attempted in vain to
I managed to build functional dlls, but I still have a few questions...
I am familiar with shared libraries on linux, and am wondering whether most
of the techniques still apply... specifically:
1) Can I use the dlfcn.h interface?
2) If so, does it behave any differently?
3) Also, does it work
I and my colleagues share the opinion that the setup should include an
option to install ALL the packages with or without source automatically...
It is a huge pain to manually go through all the packages selecting them
repeatedly since the most recent version isn't always the first to appear.
What is the URL of the wishlist?
Also are the setup sources in cygwin sources?
How is the setup built... it is not dependant on cygwin (-mno-cygwin
perhaps)?

The command you are looking for is 'less'.
It is equivalent to more but less can also scroll backwards...
Stephano.

Hi,
I have an enquiry regarding the debug information
to figure this out, I allocated then freed some memory
and tried to write to the freed memory, and again, within GDB i got the
proper information, whereas outside GDB, ie in cygwin bash, I got nothing...
no output!

Here is the output from cygcheck -sr
