The only way I found out what was up was to install the PostgreSQL

Calm down. Actually, Cygwin setup did detect this. The OpenSSH
installation apparently screwed up your mount table.

I've been alerted by Rick Rankin about the fact that Cygwin's
setup.ini lists the new tetex-2.0.1-1 as [prev] and the old
tetex-20020911-1 as [curr]. My personal setup.ini script got it
'right' (in this case) when I tested it (ages ago), so I didn't think
of it lateron.

I would really appreciate it if we could release a new version of
setup.exe with (at least) Pierre Humblet's ntsec changes soon. I think
it is becoming very clear that Pierre's ntsec changes are required if we
