Jon, That worked! Thank you! Your awesomeness is awesome. I just edited /usr/bin/startxwin to have: #listenarg=-nolisten tcplistenarg= I think you were suggesting a more elegant solution, that I didn't grasp. I don't know if this is worthy of adding to the Upgrade section of the FAQ, because
