My installation of darcs.cgi has broken. I can tell that the problem is that
$prefix is empty, so it tries to load files from the wrong place, for example:

But I can't figure out how to fix it or what (if
I'm trying to migrate a subversion repository to darcs using tailor,
and successfully created a subversion/darcs dual repository.
Unfortunately, if I get or pull from this repo, only a limited
number of files are transfered.
