[datameet] Air Quality Map by Hindustan Times

Hello all,

We've just launched a Air Quality map at HT. We are still making iterations 
and feedback is welcome. The link is below.

We are currently using CPCB data. There is a slight lag in the feed. 

We will be deploying our own sensors as well. We are hoping to get as many 
reliable sources.
