Are there things similar to NGS Survey Marks in India?

benchmarks* or *geodetic marks*, are objects placed to mark key survey
I was wondering if anyone knew if it's possible to get annual settlement
level (village/municipality) vital statistics. I am aware that you can get
district level data, but was hoping to get finer level data. Appreciate
your help!!!
