They did a press release now. Even that is partial.
https://www.icmr.nic.in/sites/default/files/whats_new/ICMR_testing_update_02April_9PM_IST.pdf
But I combined this press release and previous announcement. This data
point looks like this.
{
"_id": "2020-04-02T21:00:00.00+05:30|tests",
Do listen to these 5 minutes daily podcast By Rukmini ( data journalist
based in Chennai, India.) about COVID-19, Numbers etc
https://medium.com/@rukminiwrites
I think she is also on this list.

ICMR has stopped publishing the PDF reports. Now they do video press
releases. I found them on twitter.
I used to log (all from the report)
"report_time": "2020-03-27T09:00:00.00+05:30"
"samples":27688
"individuals":26798
"confirmed_positive":691
But from video I am getting only the samples
Hey thanks,
I've seen this. I figured someone had already parsed the data into a more
friendly form (not PDFs) so wanted to ask for that.

Hi !
Could you please share the state-wise case data archive that you have? For
example from Jan - present. Would like to see state-wise rate of change
instead of just the present numbers.
Best,
Saba
