So I applied for access to DISE raw data through the schoolreportcards.in

criteria for accessing the DISE Raw data.
For further consideration, please clarify if the ultimate use of the data
will be for educational and social science research or other educational
purposes.

I don't understand, its already open and can be crawled. Also during ODC'14
they said if you want data we can even send you CD's.
