76Mb memory limit on dm365

Hi, Some documentation for the dm365 (for example dvsdk_2_10_01_18/dm365_2_10_01_18_release_notes.html) suggests setting mem=76M in the bootargs. Why is there such a limit? Isn't there more memory available in the board? Any pointer to more complete documentation on the subject is welcome.
