Depending on how you build your server, there may be one auto-generated already - search for a *.map file in your package/cfg/... directory tree. As a concrete example, the CE all_codecs example has a .map file in ti/sdo/ce/examples/servers/all_codecs/package/cfg/bin/platname/all.xext.map
