You'll need to make some small changes to your app .cfg script to use the "Link Arbiter Daemon" - some details here: http://wiki.davincidsp.com/index.php?title=Link_Arbiter_Daemon So long as each application opens "compatible Engines" - that is, Engines that either have the exact same Server, or an Engine that doesn't require a Server (i.e., only contain 'local' codecs), you'll be okay.
