I get a warning on 50dbm.t - odd, I could swear it wasn't there when I uploaded :-(. Anyway, it seems that BerkeleyDB will throw a warning (not an error) when you attempt to insert an undef into a column. The warning goes away if I insert something other than NULL in the third test insert.
