Summary of
I am trying to get the DBD::Oracle module compile, but it keeps complaining about OCI
directory not found.
I am using Perl 5.8.0, downloaded the latest DBI as of yesterday, this one compiled
and tested OK, but using Oracle client 9.2, I couldn't get the DBD compile.
I am not admin of the WinXP
I tried to install the DBD::Oracle module at a
HPUX machine (HP-UX hp-sport B.11.00 U 9000/856).
There is the following perl available:
perl -v
This is perl, v5.6.0 built for PA-RISC1.1
In a first step I installed the DBI module in version 1.38.
Then I did a perl Makefile.PL and make for
HP Unix 11.00;
Oracle 8.1.7;
gcc compiler;
perl 5.6.0;
When I run "make test" for DBD::Oracle,Following error
message appeared :
